Hello everyone!
Today is Monday. Last week we did an exam and now we start unit 2.
2nd - Neon the Fish. We will study the parts of the face, revise parts of the body and adjectives, and sea animals.
1st - Fly, kite, fly! We will study names of toys, revise the colours and numbers and the weather.

 We are in December, so we will learn a Christmas song.

Homework:
Some groups of 2nd had some homework: draw a face and write the names of the parts of the face.
1st: no homework.

Today is Friday and there is some homework for the weekend for the students of 1st & 2nd Primary. They must study the story of unit 1.

I have given them a photocopy with the text but the best way to study it is with the multi-rom or the webpage of Surprise!. You have the link to the page on the right side of this blog and below this you have the text I have given to the students. Sometimes what I give is shorter than in the web but it is enough.

Avui és divendres i hi ha unpoc de feina per fer a casa el cap de setmana per als estudiants de 1r i 2n Primària. Haurien d'estudiar la històrieta de la unitat 1.
1r Primària: On és el meu bebè?
2n Primària: El sol i el vent.
Jo els he donat una fotocòpia amb el text però la millor manera d'estudiar-la és amb el multi-rom o a la pagina web de Surprise! Teniu l'enllaç a la part dreta d'aquest blog i més avall teniu el text que he donat als estudiants. A vegades el que jo don és més curt que al llibre o a la web però és suficient.

Here I can use the translator so you understand me. I am going to explain some things about your homework.

Hola pares, mares i nins/es,

Aquí puc usar el traductor i així m'enteneu.

Vaig a explicaar-vos algunes coses sobre els vostres deures. (homework= treball a casa) 

Usually, the important thing is to use and study the vocabulary or expressions (songs, stories). If you only colour, you are not doing any English.

Normalment,el que és important és usar i estudiar el vocabulari i les expressions (cançons, històries). Si només pintau, no estau fent gens d'anglès.

The photocopy you have now is very similar to the following picture and you have to colour it (according to the number code) but also you have to copy the words and study them.

La fotocòpia que teniu ara és molt parescuda a la imatge següent i l'heu de pintar (d'acord amb el codi dels números) però també heu de copiar les paraules i estudiar-les.  

In 1st and 2nd Primary, you have to practise at home, if not, what we do in class is not enough.

A 1r i 2n de Primària, heu de practicar a casasi no, allò que feim a classe no basta.

OK = bé

I = incomplete (no està acabat)

(Un quadrat amb un triangle damunt que representa una casa vol dir que es pot guardar a casa per estudair-ho i repassar-ho si fa falta).

Repeat = s'ha de repetir.

    

Homework: Colour Alex. Write:
I'm wearing...
Study.

Deures: pintar n'Alex. Escriure:
Jo duc posat (vestesc)...
Estudiar.
(Es pot escriure al mateix paper o a un full apart.)

EXAMPLE:
I'm wearing a white t-shirt, white shorts, white socks and white trainers.

(En fer els deures s'hauria de canviar
'white' pel color en què s'hagi pintat la roba. Llavors s'ha d'estudiar el que s'ha escrit.)

Com que només sé parlar anglès, usaré el traductor aquí i així puc ajudar-vos amb els deures (homework=feina a casa). 

You have to think that the purpose of the homework is usually to practise some English language, so it is not enough to colour or something similar. You can usually use the multi-rom as a help to look for the vocabulary or listen and repeat the songs and stories and play the games.

Heu de pensar que el propòsit dels deures normalment és practicar la llengua anglesa, no és suficient pintar o alguna cosa per l'estil. Normalment pots usar el multi-rom (CD rom) com una ajuda per cercar el vocabulary o escoltar i repetir les cançons i històries i jugar als jocs.
